Hypermail-VL

Hypermail-VL is based on hypermail 1.02 by Kevin Hughes. The original homepage is unavailable; EIT.com is on hold at InterNIC (August 1998). A copy of the bundled HTML file is available here.

Hypermail-VL has a few modifications to generate HTML metadata, plus use a style sheet, plus a bugfix for buffer overrun in "date.c", plus some file locking mods.
