Any computer shop can get them through their usual distributors.
I don't know if the big chains (Computer City etc) will do special
orders, but small shops should do it (because they never keep much
stock anyway). I got one recently for $269 (I didn't get the SCSI
kit which is just DOS drivers etc).

None. It's the best written, thoroughly tested and most robust
SCSI driver for Linux. Plenty of other cards are fine for simple
things like single harddisks, but the Buslogic driver properly
handles SCSI errors and timeouts that show up when you add lots
of different devices (8mm tapes, DAT, scanners, CDROMs, Zip drives
etc). Buslogic even lists Linux as supported.
BTW if you are just running a one or two harddisk system + CDROM and
nothing else, save your money and go with EIDE - the Intel Triton
chipset bus mastering EIDE controller is faster and cheaper than SCSI
(unless you are using fast and wide 7200 rpm SCSI disks like the
Quantum Atlas or Seagate Barracuda). You can then add a $90 NCR type
SCSI controller which is fine for a Zip drive or scanner etc.
