I have been using the Ditto 3200/1600 for a few months now. It seems to
work fine with linux. I haven't been using any fancy backup software, just
tar, so I can't help you there. Anyway the Ditto seems to give a pretty
good bang for the buck, and I havn't had a single problem with it.
