SDRAM with EDO - and Jaz?

Hello all.

I currently have a P120 with 32MB EDO RAM. I was thinking of adding
another 32MB SDRAM, but I heard that the mixing of the two types could
cause a problem. My motherboard is an ASUS P/I-P55TVP4, which has the
430VX chipset.

So, is it a bad idea? Would I be better off selling my memory and
buying a 64 MB DIMM?

On another note (two-for-one question day today), I was also thinking of
getting a Jaz drive and sharing it between Win95 and Linux. Is the Jaz
SCSI supported? Anybody have any experience doing this?
