I've been having trouble with sendmail ever since I bought a pentium box
and installed Linux on it; I wonder if anyone might have good advice. I
just have a simple configuration, a dynamic PPP link with RedHat 4.0; so I
need sendmail to queue mail when the link is down, and otherwise to mail
it off. No matter what I do, something always seems to be broken in the
configuration. I can send mail, and recieve manually via pop, but weird
things happen, like sendmail sleeping for a minute when I try and start
it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Alternately, is there a better
solution for single user systems?
