It seems that the entire "The Cryptography Pages" has gone missing. The link
on the "Marketplace Services and Regulations" page is still there, but it
gives an error when you try to access it.
I have sent a note to the help desk and will hopefully get an answer.
I had downloaded the pdf file and it contains proposals varying from leaving
things as they are to making it illegal to use cryptography unless there is
some form of key recovery in place which allows law enforcement to read the
information if they need to.
