Linux SIG Meetings?

Hi, all.

A few people have asked me about the monthly Linux SIG meetings....
As far as I know, there haven't been any for the past year or so.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong!)

Is there any interest in starting them up again? It's likely that the
UBC Amateur Radio Society (which runs a couple of Linux boxes/servers
and wireless TCP/IP links (9.6 kbps and 56 kbps links in the 440 MHz
band and a 2 Mbps link in the 915 MHz band) would be willing to
co-sponsor the monthly meetings and provide a meeting room at UBC
without cost or hassle.

All we need is interest, a day and time, and someone to coordinate the
agenda. (On the last point, I remind one and all of the old adage
that many hands make work light.)

Let me know what you think.
