You can have up to 4 primary partitions, one of which may be an extended
partition and lots (I'm not sure how many) of logical partitions, which
reside in the extended partition. Because you already have a "fully
occupied" extended partition the disk druid will only be able to create
one partion. I think you will want to have more than one partition,
though it may be possible to do it all in one partion.

To fix this you need to increase the size of your extended partion to
include some free space. Disk Druid will then use the free space to
create more logical partitions.
