SVGAlib with serial Intellimouse problem

Hey guys. I'm having some trouble with svgalib trying to get it to use
my new serial intellimouse. I've got version 1.3.0 setup, and
everything in it works fine except for the mouse. I have "mouse
IntelliMouse" in my /etc/vga/libvga.config file. I also know for sure
that the mouse is okay because it works in X. Any suggestions?
