I've bought all my computers from Varsity, just west of Alma on 10th.
You'll pay a bit more, but I find them technically competent and honest,
something all too often missing in other stores. I've had Bill (the
owner) talk me out of giving him money for a system when prices were
expected to drop on the equipment within a couple weeks.
Of course, they'll probably blanch if you mention Linux, but they do
have pricing for systems without OS right on their basic price list. I
probably give them ulcers, but they still like me.
