Looking for a X based OO design tool

I'm looking for an object oriented design tool that will let us draw
class diagrams and will then generate c++ code for our declarations.
I know of several windows based tools, but would much rather go with
with a unix solution.

Anyone who's doing OO stuff have a favorite tool?
