Can anyone provide me with:

a. More information about the Linux-based PVM cluster set up by the
Atmospheric Sciences Group at UBC? Other groups using Linux for such
applications?

b. Examples of local schools, colleges or universities
that have set up computer labs based on Linux?

c. Examples of companies that use Linux extensively for software
development or other "desktop" applications?

d. The percentage of Apache webservers currently running on Linux
boxes?

(I need a reasonably authoritative reference that I can cite. I know
that Apache on all platforms has 50-55% of the webserver market, e.g.,
http://www.netcraft.com/survey/ . However, I don't know what
percentage of those are Linux boxes.)
