Freeware MP3 encoder with sources for Linux

will download the sources + Makefile for a Linux
public domain MP3 encoder. It is not as good as
the Fraunhofer Institute MP3 encoder L3ENC,
and produces .MP3s that are about 20% bigger
than the Fraunhofer Institute L3ENC. But it is
legal and public domain. Ppl interested in having
this encoder please E-mail me, and I will send
you the .tar.gz file as a MIME copy if you do not
wish to download it directly from the site...
