SSH WAS: Portability of Linux

Well, lets see, about a gazillion messages now on this topic
and no end in sight. Its been very informative. Curt, though
he has his favorites, is pretty much an expert on this stuff.

I kinda wish he was in the Linux kernel group.

I also kinda wish that my C was good enough to get into the
kernel and fix up a couple of my annoyances. Its not.

I further wish to change the subject... Just put my head in the
sand re which OS is technically better. They all have strengths.
I wish that Linux had a better Tcp stack, and I wish *BSD had
more apps and was better documented.

Is anyone using SSH? And if so, whats with the version 2.0
distribution not having blowfish and not being backwards compatible?

Is the Finnish guy who wrote it having "Gates dreams" of
world domination with SSH?
