I've had hard drives from Miniscribe, Rodime, three from Quantum, and
a Seagate. The only one to die was the Seagate, at four months old.
The Seagate was a 1.08 GB SCSI, and it died last year. I also had a
3.5" floppy drive die, and that was a Panasonic, but that was about
six or seven years old.
And now I have a tape backup....
