Updated kernel compilation benchmarks

I've updated my kernel compilation benchmarks with P-II Deschutes numbers
on an Abit BH6.

P-II running at 233/300/333/350/375/392/400/400 (at various
frequency/multipliers) to my kernel compilation benchmark article at my site.
