Thats fine. Direct is multihomed. So thats not a good example. If the
sprint line from direct is hosed, traffic will run via starcom.

No it doesnt depend who your ISP is with ADSL. Your ISP does not handle
any of the badnwidth. All the bandwidth is handled by BCTel. Support and
Services are handled by your ISP in which you have an ADSL account with.
