Didn't know it existed .. TV Week doesn't seem to list it in schedule ..
duh ..
If I believe the station lisitngs in TVW, it's channel 19 in Vancouver,
22 White Rock/South Surry and is on at 03:00 EST etc, which if I believe
'date -d "03:00 EST"' etc is 01:00, 01:30 (missed it), 15:00, 15:30,
16:00, 16:30, 22:00, 22:30. Not sure when the "day" starts.

No doubt someone who actually watches it can correct me if I'm wrong....
