No, it's not.
I live at a distance, but have a copy of the September issue of the Computer Paper. While I think that ATIC has the best web site for prices, from recent experience, they always seem to have higher prices, always subject to change, and always seem to be out of stock, not to mention the lousiest service. Frontier has good service, but middle of the road pricing, as does MicroConcept. I haven't dealt with NextGEN, but they've advertise the products I'm seeking, and hopefully they'll keep to their advertised price, and will have stock as well.
Otherwise, I don't know anything about them, and that's why I asked this forum if they are an okay retailer. I have to shop by email, and am subject to having delivery by mail. I do feel at a disadvantage not being able to travel conveniently to Vancouver.
Any comments will be appreciated.
