list should:
1) read the list etiquette faq:
http://www.cs.ubc.ca/spider/edmonds/usenet/ml-etiquette.html
2) use a mailer that easily lets them edit the recipient list
3) only send mail where it should really be going
This is basic politeness in the online world, and is not rocket science.
