I got one as well. Now since it does not look like all 100 +
subscribers got that message, he probably did some kind of
analysis on the archive to target only certain people.

Let's disappoint him by not flaming into his mailbox. We can
still tell each other what we think about him :)
Seriously, we should not get too angry. It was not a typical
spam with "$$$" and "!!!" all over, he tried to personalize his
emailings rather than do a thousand copies BCC:'ing, he also
provided full contact info unlike the usual scum that hides
behind a fake email address and a third party SMTP relay.
