Copying from Win95 to Linux

Hi Everybody
I am new to this mailing list as well as to Linux
I had redhat 5.2 installed on my machine but other part (win95 ) is almost
full. I have space on Linux partition. How can i copy stuff (directories
and/or files) from win95(c: drive) to Linux partition
How can i change the partition sizes ?
