If you set up ipfilter, it should possible to set up mappings that
will let you through. Something like this, assuming ed0 is the
interface connected to the ADSL modem, and 192.168.1.0/24 is your
inside network:

rdr ed0 0.0.0.0/0 port 2302 -> 192.168.1.2 port 23
rdr ed0 0.0.0.0/0 port 2303 -> 192.168.1.3 port 23
rdr ed0 0.0.0.0/0 port 2304 -> 192.168.1.4 port 23

Note that I've not tested it.
