I'm using an AMD K6-II 300, and haven't had any issues as of yet... The
only advantage to going Pentium, is you could get a Celeron 300A and
overclock it to 450 MHz safely (assuming you get a good heatsink, and
double fan). I'm tempted to try overclocking my AMD, but don't know how
far to go...
