Does using the SVGA driver help at all?

Your mailer should give you the option of replying to just the
sender (the From: line) or to `everyone' (the From:, To: and Cc:
lines). The latter will reply to the list as well as the person
that sent the mail to you.

There is of course, some dispute about whether or not you should
reply to the sender as well as the list. People like me, who want
to see replies right away but filter the list into a different
incoming mailbox (which sometimes gets deleted rather than read),
prefer that the reply go to the list and the sender. Others dislike
getting two copies of the message, though they should be able to
filter it with procmail.
