US$775, or about Cdn $1160. This works out to $72.05 per SPECfp
unit.
The Intel motherboard, CPU and case will run you about Cdn$670 at
ATIC. This works out to about $72.43 per SPECfp unit.
This is, of course, with a really bad dollar (I calculated with
Cdn$1.50 == US$1.) There may well also be cheaper places to get
these alpha motherboards and CPUs.
