Website www.8hz.com got into trouble
with the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany
over their use of the mp3 protocols. They
had to delete their version of a Linux MP3
encoder program, even though they wrote
their own source code. If anybody wants
the Linux version of the 8hz mp3 encoder,
I have the sources and generation scripts
in a 300 K tar.gz file that I can ship you...
