I agree with you on these points .... there was a course in UBC CS , CPSC430 I
believe, that dealt with computer and society, and I believe that this was what
psychologists concluded. Just for your interest, the professor that teaches this
course is Dr. Rosenberg, who I think is also the vice-president of Electronic
Frontier or something similar (can't remember exactly)
