The ncpfs tools permit access to bindery or bindery-emulation
volumes and print queues. ncpfs includes an nprint tool for submitting
print jobs, which you can hack into an lpr definition fairly
easily. ncpfs is freely available and runs on any 2.0.x or
2.1.x kernel compiled with ncpfs (and IPX of course) support.
Most of the distributions IPX and ncpfs modules and the ncpfs tools,
and I've had no stability problems related to their use.
If you require NDS access, Caldera's Linux distribution includes
a full NDS client suite and administration tools. These tools
require Caldera-specific patches to a 2.0.35 (last time I checked)
kernel to add SPX support.
The mars-nwe and the commercial ported NetWare for Linux server that
others mentioned allow a Linux box to emulate (or be) a NetWare server.
These are probably not what you're looking for (but are kind of cool :)
