Hmmm... Linux is not a real time OS, I doubt very much you could get
accurate 10ms measurements without talking directly to hardware. By this I
mean I doubt the Linux kernel scheduling could accurately give you 10ms time
slices. If I'm out to lunch, I'd love to be told so, as I find this a very
intriguing question.
