It's hard to get to without the proprietary @home interface.
In netscape, you can turn off multimedia settings (once you are
in memeber servive area) and next time it will give you normal
browser access.
In lynx I was able to get there with:
http://www/support/memberservices/memserv.htm
(with @home dns server of course...) Some links from there
require https capability, but even lynx can be compiled with
those. (I assume that is what you want to do... otherwise type
www in netscape and click member services ;-))
