Well, log files _do_ grow.
On the other hand, if this is a reference to the leases database,
/etc/dhcpd.leases, that's a different matter. Its size shouldn't get
much bigger than a few hundred bytes per client. You should check this
file and see whether some greedy client is demanding multiple leases.
This is a known problem with some DHCP clients.
