Hi, all.
Gerry Jansen of the Cloverdale Computer Seniors Club is looking for
someone to give a demo/presentation on Linux to their group. They meet
every Thursday morning.
Gerry indicates that most of the group has been following the Linux
coverage in the media and would like to hear more about its
capabilities, look and feel, ease of installation and configuration,
etc. as a matter of general interest.
The time and location of the meeting is a bit of a barrier, of course.
My first thought was that Dana Epp and FVLUG might be better positioned
to take the lead on this. However, I'm sending this to the general list
in case someone else would like to help out.
I'll pass on Gerry's telephone number to anyone who is interested in
following up on this.
