Oh yeah. I think the current problem is "can't find CD." Never mind
that they have a clearly-labelled Mitsumi-drivered boot disk, that I
used when I was there! Gateway tech support told them to download a
file from their site, and I think it's the boot disk that they already
have!
It's just too hilarious.
