When the cable guy from Rogers (more correctly the person from the
company Rogers hires to do the cable hook up) brought the paper for me
to sign and all that. But I never signed them and he forgot to ask for
the papers back after he left.

Since I didn't sign anything, I am not legally bound to their
contract. What advantages do I have...I guess they can't take me to
court on issues, since I didn't sign stating that I agree with their
contract.
