Ghostscript can do it. Don't know about the other two. If you don't have
a printer that understands Postscript, you're going to have to have a
Postscript interpreter in the chain somewhere.

Photoshop will also read Postscript files and turn them into raster images
at whatever resolution you want, which is useful if you need to do further
editing on the raster image, but overkill for simple PS printing.
