Most windows application that print can do it:
1) Install a postscript printer into your list of printers from the
print manager or control panel
2) From the application, select this printer.
3) Select "print to file" from either the print selection dialog or the
printer properties dialog.
4) Click OK to start printing.
5) Enter the file name when prompted.
The exact look and location of the "print to file" field in the dialogs
seems to vary somewhat between applications, but I've always been able
to find it.
