The CD-burner was apparently not to blame. It subsequently burned two
flawless discs, a Smart&Friendly CDRW and a Kodak Digital Science (tm).
It was defective cheap Memorex media, and I exchanged it at London Drugs
for a new blank Memorex CD-R.
