I have a digital equipment VT100 terminal which no longer works - someone
let the smoke out, and as we all know, these things require smoke to work.
Seriously, the High Tension is fried, and I don't feel like spending $350
plus on a service call to Digital Equipment Corporation. Contains Advanced
Video Option, has owner's manual, and is looking for a good home.
I decided to replace it with a Packard Bell 880C from London Drugs, 665
West Broadway, which they had on special for $699. No moving parts except
for the disk, which (ugh) comes with preloaded Windoze 98, and no they won't
give me a discount if I don't use Windoze 98, hell they won't even remove
the frigging 3.5 gig IDE disk from the machine. (I bought an IBM 16.8 gig
DeskStar to use with Linux). Oh well, I guess I will have some fun with
