Hi, I got the network to work properly. However on my Pentium I machine,
SENTMAIL and SAMBA hang forever (I had to comment them out). Is there
any reason for this? My card is at IRQ 10, Port 0x340 and it is a NE2000
clone with both UTP and Thin-wire on it (I am using Thin-wire)
I want to install a second card in either this machine or the Pentium II
when BC Tel installs ADSL (June 2). It will be a 10baseT connection, I
understand. Any advantage to doing it this way, with a thin-wire local
net, or should I buy a hub and hook everything 10baseT, my cards support
both thinwire and 10baseT? Buying a hub saves me an Ethernet card :)
