I've had Rogers for over 1 year now. I don't use DHCP - my IP has changed
only once - because of an account change. The service has been totally
solid I have no complaints myself, but have heard horror stories (but
there's always no shortage of these...) Rogers does appear to be
understaffed, so if you run into difficulties don't expect quick solutions
from them.
