I use Rogers. I do not use DHCP. I have a permanent IP address while
using @Home. I list two of their DNS addresses and one of UBC's and I
have had no lookup trouble. I also must use their SMTP address because of
UBC's anti-spam techniques. I find the service fast and convenient.
