Thanks Vincent, for answering/explaining my comments. I have to be more
careful what I say in a Linux list. The nightmares with the G200 were
really on the Windoze end. The G200 OpenGL ICD didn't become usable UNTIL
after the G400 was released, and the 3D performance really didn't compete
with its competition.
On the Linux side, the XFree86 drivers have been flawless for me. Matrox
has finally smartened up and have taken a very open approach to the G400
(and finally the G200) releasing as much information as could be wanted to
anyone interested. Hence, there is some great work going on in the Linux
GLX side of things.
Anyway all the docs say 3.3.4 XFree86 should have worked for me and don't
know what I messed up? BTW, I was running 3.3.4 on QNX not Linux. Anyway
3.3.5 is working great, thank heavens for this new cable modem.
