I called them earlier today to be switched over.
But they warned me that if I ever wanted to go back to
the higher plan I'd have to pay a 179$ upgrade fee!
That's stupid! Anyhow, quick question. My ADSL modem
is plugged in directly to my hub and my 2 windows
boxes use DHCP and "squat" on their ips fine. I've
also used dhs.org to name one of them. I recently
setup a FreeBSD box with DHCP on. But when I try to
ping the ip or anything I get arpresolve and another
arp error. And every so often I get some other arp
message. Is this just the router updating it's tables?
I can't seem to point a dhs.org name to the freebsd
box.
