Most companies don't give out connection information like that since its
not always useful. You can get really kick ass connections, but if
someone comes along and says that they have a T3, even though the provider
sucks, it can still be enough to woo customers over.

Also, the guy just might not know.

As far as I know, BCTel has an OC3 to MCI coming in, and a link for
starcom for going out. Why do this? Well, they don't get charged as much
for the respected directions :P

BCTel is a phone company.. Their bandwidth shouldn't really be much of
a concern to you. Sympatico will probably do the same thing that the
other ISPs are doing, and get one OC3 for adsl traffic in, and one OC3 for
adsl traffic going out.
