Sounds like a job for *** PARTITION MAGIC 5.0 *** available at local store.
This will massage the partitions into any size you want non-destructively
and allow you to make new Linux partitions. It does *not* defragment.
Do it from the Linux floppy install, don't use the Windoze 9.x version...
