OT: Replacment blade for RJ-45 stripper?

I put a nick in the chopping blade of the RJ-45 crimper that I bought at
Active Components. To my dismay, they do not sell replacement blades
for the crimper. The make and model of the crimper is the

        HT-210N
        model: PH122
        Provo Ltd. (Montreal, Quebec)

Does anyone know of a store that sells replacement blades for crimpers?
The salesman at Active Components suggested that I contact Provo, but I
thought I would try the list first.
