Also one other thing I've noticed is that with KwinTv, full screen is not
actually full screen, it repsonds as maximizing the tv window does under
win98, the actually picture size stays the same except there is a large black
border around it covering up the screen. Does there exist a way to go to tv
mode like under win98 where the tv image takes up the full screen image and
nothing else is visible of the desktop?
