Try Allied Telesyn, for the same price as most other companies hubs, you can
get a switch, one small example, for a small office (8 users) that I wired up
last year, my original quote was a 12port 10/100 Puredata Autosensing hub at
$520 wholesale, a few weeks later I found the Allied Telesyn 10/100
autosensing/autonegotiating 16 port switch for ~$490. All prices wholesale
amounts..... If I had shopped around I could have shaved off another $10 -
$20 on the unit.

Thier 8 port models are even more competetive....
