Sorry, I haven't gotten around to learning perl yet. I hear good things
about the ORA camel book, though, if your budget allows it.
The best piece of advice I can give you, really, is to take the examples
available to you and play with them. Think up something you might want
a Web-based database for -- something simple to start with -- and try
making it. It's not as hard as it looks at first glance!
